1. Program Description
Duim Tech provides an AI missed-call text-back service. When a phone call to a participating business is missed, the caller may receive an automated SMS response related to their call or inquiry. Messages may include responses regarding the caller’s inquiry, customer support communications, service information, and other communications directly related to the caller’s interaction with the business. Message frequency varies depending on the user’s interactions.
2. Cancellation Instructions
You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to the number that sent you the message. After sending STOP, you may receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you subsequently provide appropriate consent to receive messages again.

4. Carrier Liability
